This is so timely and perfect–I want to get an Instapot for Christmas, and my kids are definitely picky eaters! Thanks for the recipes, Janine!

Thanks Meredith and I just bought one for our home recently. I cannot stop using it and best purchase I made this year by far for my family, including the picky eater here 🙂

You are chipping away at my resolve not to jump on the Insta Pot bandwagon! These look awesome. One of my kids is super picky, which drives me NUTS.

Jill, I held out on the Instant Pot bandwagon for so long. But I finally caved and seriously couldn’t be happier. I though my crockpot was enough, but I was so wrong. I love my Insta Pot and not sure why I waited so long. Plus, it has indeed helped with the picky eater here. So no complaints from me 😉

I will be sending the link to this post to my daughter, for whom I bought an instant pot last year. She has some dietary restrictions, so we are always looking for new recipes. I imagine most of these you could substitute ground turkey for ground beef, right? These are such great appliances!

    • Janine says

      September 18, 2017 at 8:22 am

Seana, I am planning on trying ground turkey to substitute and don’t see why you couldn’t do that. So, I would totally recommend trying that. And happy you can share with your daughter, too now 🙂
