The Best Instant Pot Pulled Pork Recipe
- 1 pork roast, 4-5 pounds
- 1 16 ounce bottle barbecue sauce (larger bottle if using a larger size pork roast)
- 1 cup water
- Add all ingredients to the inner pot of the Instant Pot.
- Seal the lid of the pressure cooker and turn the valve to sealing.
- Set the Instant Pot to manual 75 minutes high pressure, and then allow for a natural release to retain optimal moisture.
- Remove the lid from the pressure cooker and use two forks to shred the pork.
Makes 12 to 16 servings.
