It is no secret that my family and are true foodies here with the exception of my youngest a.k.a “The Picky Eater”.
My husband and I pretty much love trying new recipes very often here. Plus, we love all sorts of meal recipes, including fun new appetizers.
Plus we are very big on Mexican recipes. But quite often with Mexican food comes the occasional indigestion even from the best of recipes.
Because let’s face it, Mexican food can sometimes be a bit more spicy. While spicy is all good and well tasty wise, it can once again cause a bit of tummy discomfort after ingesting.
That is why I was seriously so happy to find Alka-Seltzer® PM Gummies while I was recently shopping at Walmart. See Alka-Seltzer® PM Gummies are found in the Heartburn Relief section of Walmart.
Alka-Seltzer® PM Gummies go to work quickly in a matter of seconds and puts occasional heartburn to rest fast. Because let’s face it heartburn can indeed come on suddenly sometimes. And when it does it can make you uncomfortable. Plus sometimes it can linger close to bedtime and can go along with sleeplessness.
So that is what is so unique about this product is that it is the ONLY fast relief of occasional heartburn + occasional sleeplessness. Why does it also help with sleeplessness, too? Because it contains melatonin to help you fall asleep more quickly. Plus, Alka-Seltzer® PM Gummies allows us to enjoy the spicy foods that we indeed do love to find that occasional heartburn.
But back to that oh so spicy Mexican foodie appetizer I was discussing earlier.
Recently, we decided with the warmer weather to make a cold Mexican veggie salsa appetizer to enjoy our Mexican Tortilla chips with. Just like we love guacamole. We happen to also equally love salsa, too for dipping our chips into.
So for a fun twist on Mexican salsa, we made Black Bean and Corn Salsa. We used all store bought ingredients. But a few of the offending and possible heartburn contenders in this recipe include, tomatoes, red onion, red bell pepper and even scallions. As these just sometimes have a way of indeed causing that occasional heartburn to be brought on.
However, we have no time not to want to enjoy this salsa recipe. So once again just so happy to have Alka-Seltzer® PM Gummies in my home to help in that rare case of occasional heartburn with sleeplessness. Plus now that you know, you can go stock up on Alka-Seltzer® PM Gummies, too.
