2. MEE KidJamz 3Child Safe Headphones
So, I don’t know about you, but I don’t want to hear Descendants 3 for the 5 millionth time. So, kids headphones are a godsend. But still, there is a concern that my kids could be hurting their hearing in the process. That is where MEE KidJamz 3Child Safe Headphones come into play.
See these headsets allow a safe listening volume-limiting kids’ headphones for boys and girls ages 4-12. But how? Because they protect children’s hearing with built-in 85dB SPL volume limiter. Moreover, they are compatible with the Fire HD 10 Kids Kindle Fire tablet and other devices. So win-win for this mom!
3. AmazonBasics Everyday School Backpack
Once again, back-to-school is on the horizon. So, we are most definitely in need of backpacks to carry all my girls’ school books and more back and forth to school. AmazonBasics has you covered.
See their bags are water-resistant, come in a variety of colors, lightweight and even has a spacious main compartment, as well as a padded pocket for a laptop or tablet.
4. S’well Stainless Steel Bottle
Both my girls carry a water bottle to school every day. In the past, I got complaints that their water didn’t stay cold all day long. In the colder months, this issue wasn’t a major one. But in the warmer weather, it truly is a make-or-break it in my girls staying hydrated. So, thankfully S’well Water Bottles feature triple-walled construction, designed to keep beverages cold for 24 hours or hot for 12. Plus, they are Condensation-free, the exterior will remain dry. And they also come in a variety of colors, as well.
5. ZIPIT Twister Pencil Case
OK, this pencil case I confess I want to keep for myself. With its swirl colors that look like fun candy colors. Plus it is MADE OF ONE LONG ZIPPER! Seriously, such a unique and smart design features one long diagonal zipper that can be fully zipped and unzipped! It’s a cool pencil case for boys or girls for the whole school year (and Moms, too!).
6. Be Brave. Be Bold. Be You. Daily Notebook
My girls are always in need of extra notebooks or even a fun notebook to doodle and journal. What better notebook to do so this upcoming school year than with this one that has a great message on its cover, as well.
7. Geddes Scented Donut Shoppe Erasers
Because can never have enough erasers to erase those mistakes indeed away. But how about erasers that smell like their favorite foods? Well, that is precisely what you get with these erasers. We tried the Hamburger and Hot Dogs ones. But there also donut scented erasers. I am mean how can you go wrong with an eraser than smells like a donut?!
8. Zebra Cadoozles Mechanical Pencils
Just as much as kids need erasers for back-to-school, they also need pencils. Well, Zebra Cadoozles are the perfect pencils for all kids. Why? Because their ergonomically-designed barrel increases grip comfort and also promotes proper writing technique while alleviating writing strain. Moreover, their triangular barrel prevents pencils from rolling off the table, and their compact size is perfect for small hands.

Back-to-school also requires stocking up favorite snacks for even the littlest of hands. Well, Wickedly Prime Plantain Chips are perfect for this reason.

I love the Amazon Basics brand. Did you partner with Amazon for this post? That’s impressive!
Janine says
I couldn’t agree more and we also happen to love Amazon Basics Brand. And yes I was asked to partner with Amazon for this post. But honestly, I am an Amazon Prime member/credit card holder, Audible subscriber and pretty much shop Amazon daily online. So, this partnership was a no-brainer as I happily jumped to endorse the Amazon name here π

Pretty soon you can go back to your normal schedule. This used to be an exciting time for me when I was a teacher….now it’s just another month. π Happy Thursday my friend.
Janine says
Yup, heading in that direction and can’t believe how quickly summer has gone so far! Happy Thursday right back at you, my friend π
Jen says
Amazon definitely makes this mom’s life so much better! I love it and love everything you shared here. We bought the backpacks, the water bottles, the calculators, and pretty much everything on Amazon! Their Basics Brand is fantastic π Thanks for sharing.
Janine says
Aw, couldn’t agree more, Jen with all of the above and so happy to share with you, too!! π
Meredith Spidel says
We have the rush hour game too and love it! Great ideas, Janine π
Janine says
I know, right – the Rush Hour Game is seriously hours of fun here, too!! π
Tamara says
This is the first year we have to buy school supplies.. ugh! They were always previously provided by the school. 5th grade, man.
Stainless steel bottles are such a must! I’ll make mine ice cold and it will stay that way throughout the day no matter what. I love that.
Janine says
Aw, me too and seriously the stainless steel bottle to keep water and beverages cold is just ingenious!!! π
Kristi Campbell says
So at this new school, one thing I like is that we pay the school $35 and they give the kids all their supplies. I still end up with unused notebooks at the end of the year (every year, whether school gives the supplies or I buy them – so frustrating). That water bottle looks awesome though and I’ll definitely get one now. Tucker’s had the same one for a few years but it’s plastic and doesn’t stay cold well at all. The metal thermal one we got a few years ago is beginning to break down or something. Also Rush Hour game FOR THE WIN!
Janine says
Love that your school does that with supplies. But I hear you about the unused notebooks and have the same grip here. Not sure why they can’t use one notebook for multiple things. I clearly recall when we were kids that I did and even made mock dividers by folding triangles in the notebooks for this purpose. Tell me I wasn’t the only one that did that. But yes the water bottle seriously is the bomb and does indeed keep beverages like water cold all day. So, hope you could check that out for Tucker now. Also, hope Tucker is on the mend now! Hugs, my friend π

Sweet friend! Happy Tuesday. I have stepped back a bit from my regular blogging in lieu of planning this peace rally. Hehe. Wow. I just gave myself another full-time job. LOL. Not really, but it’s good. I love meeting all the new people and what a skillset this is. This is my reason for not having come by in a little while. But I’ll be back in the swing of things, soon.
School just started over here for me, and so it’s been really busy there, too. I was always that kid who made my mom get me school supplies in JUNE, right after school got out because I couldn’t wait to be back in school. I literally couldn’t wait: the shiny new notebooks, the sparkly pencils, the smell of clean paper, and learning new things…I loved it all. Hehe.
I hope you’re having a great week so far. Sending you BIG hugs! xoxo
Janine says
Aw, Cyndi totally understandable and please know that I am still thinking of you. You don’t need to explain anything and definitely take all the time you need right now. But always happy to have you stop by when you can. So many hugs and wishing you a wonderful week ahead, as well now!!! xoxo <3
