2. Save More Money
During this time of the year, saving money is not always an easy thing to do. So, I admit this one may seem far-fetched to some. But trust me, coupons and deals do exist even during the holidays. Knowing where to look and find them is half the battle.
Take for instance Purina One® at Target that we just mentioned above. You can print a coupon from 9/19-10-13. But also you get this food at a great price, too!
3. Don’t Forget
Coming from a very forget person at times, I also admit this one might be a challenge even in the best of times. But during the holiday time, this can be downright challenging. I could forget my head if it weren’t attached even on a good day with all I have to remember for not only myself but my whole family, too.
So, in addition to buying Purina One® at Target and saving money as I mentioned. Right now, sign up now to get a $3 off coupon and a personalized food recommendation for your pet. 4. Say No When You Need
Being a mom, I sometimes have trouble saying the simple word, “No.” I have learned the hard way that not saying, “No” sometimes can do more harm than good for my sanity though. So, I am slowly but surely learning when I need to say “No,” especially during the holiday season. See I value my sanity more than trying to please the masses.
5. Be Reasonable with Your Goals
Again, the holidays equal crazy times ahead. So, last but not least don’t forget to be reasonable with your goals. Because, this one step alone can indeed make a world of difference for your sanity’s sake during the holidays, as well as all year long!
Now that you have learned the five goals that have helped me to keep sane during the holidays, as well as throughout the year, I also hope this helps keep you calmer overall.
