Can we go to McDonald’s?
I have lost count how many times my kids have made the request of us to take them to McDonald’s.
I know many may turn their nose up to eating at McDonald’s.
But I will admit here that I have always had a special place in my heart for McDonald’s.
But why?
Because, I happen to love their french fries. Seriously I am pretty sure no other fast food restaurant comes close.
So if I am craving french fries, I will usually find myself at McDonald’s.
Therefore, when my kids do beg to make a stop at McDonald’s, I will usually comply greedily if it means I can indulge on their french fries.
But McDonald’s isn’t just about French fries or your run of the mill hamburgers.
Why choose McDonald’s?
Here are 5 reasons, my family recommends McDonald’s:
1. It tastes good.
Like I said they really do have the best french fries. Plus, they use real ingredients. So, that is one of the many reasons the food is so tasty for the whole family.

2. This isn’t your mother or father’s McDonald’s!
See they have new signature crafted recipes.
I mean yes they do serve hamburgers and fries still. But their new signature burgers and sandwiches are made with either 100 percent pure beef or chicken not treated with antibiotics important to human medicine.
Some of the newest varieties are as follows:
* Pico Guacamole
* Pico de Gallo
* Guacamole
* Buttermilk Ranch Sauce
* Sweet BBQ Bacon

Many McDonald’s have a play area for the kids to work off their meal, while parents can enjoy a bit of down-time, too. Ours definitely does. This is one of the many reasons why I love taking my kids to McDonald’s even when they beg!

I can’t remember the last time I was at McDonald’s, but I remember loving when I got to go and get a Happy Meal as a kid. ? Now, I’m craving some fries and it’s only 8 am…lol!

My kiddos love McDonald’s. My youngest and oldest love to dip their fries and nuggets in a plain sundae. I love their fries when I’m craving salt.

You just can’t argue that it’s a perfect place for kids. The playground, the toys, the options. We used always go to get Scarlet those apple and caramel snacks. Right now, she has trouble because she’s not a burger eater but she refuses to eat nuggets because we have pet chickens! I hope she outgrows it! The rest of us have no trouble.

I grew up going to McDonald’s and we take Franco at least once a week because he loves the Happy Meals. He even calls out his order: chicken nuggets and french fries! I’m a big fan 🙂
