By day, I am a blogger here as most know me for the last seven years or so. But recently, I mentioned here in my Currently post that I started sharing YouTube videos of myself.

I am seriously so very excited to share that I have done more than five more YouTube fashion subscription unboxings over at YouTube since I last mentioned about that first video.

Honestly, I am really just having so much fun over at YouTube. It might seem trivial, but I shied away from YouTube and speaking in videos for years now. Even though I was a teacher, public speaking, especially on video, seemed to unnerve me. 

A Fear (Hopefully) Conquered

But I am really proud to say I think I have slowly gotten over that fear and conquered it head first. I created my YouTube Channel years ago, but it was pretty much left barren. I only had like 10 subscribers earlier this year.

But since doing these videos, I have slowly been gaining subscribers. And again may seem trivial, but as of writing this article, I have 70 subscribers. Might not seem like a lot, but when you figure my first video was only around a month ago, that is something. I mean I already have over 7 times the amount from when I first started last month.

I also love the interaction over at YouTube. See when I first started blogging years ago, commenting was huge. It has honestly become almost non-existent. I still have those few from my early days though on the blog. You know who you are and thank you seriously for sticking with me. I mean it, I am not going anywhere and still active in this space. But again, YouTube seems to be a fun place for me to hang out and gain some new followers, too.
