As I’m sure we’re all finding out, isolation can be super tough.
Trying to figure out homeschooling, no travel, limited time outdoors… it’s hard!
Thankfully, there are a few ways we can help get through these next few weeks and months.
A recent study by YoungMinds found that the best way to feel better is through video contact.
It’s the closest thing we have to all being in a room together, so it makes sense that it’s so important! Getting big groups together on an online call is quite a new concept. Having a good excuse or activity to do together is a great way to keep everyone entertained.
To help give you some inspiration, I’ve put together 7 simple ideas we can use in group calls or an online hangout with our friends and family. (Or as I’ve taken to calling them, ‘virtual parties’!). Hopefully, there’s one or two that will catch your eye!
For more details on each of these, check out our full virtual party guide here.
