2. Friday homemade pizza night with flat stone pizza crust with diced tomatoes, Italian spices, garlic, olive oil, fresh mozzarella, goat cheese, and black olives. Yum!
5. Another weekend meal success with ginger chicken stir fry and creamy (moist) coconut-pineapple jasmine rice. Double yum! (Sorry for the half eaten picture, but I was so hungry and couldn’t wait to try this meal that I forgot to remember to take a picture until I was half way through my meal!).
Attention, a graduate student at Texas Tech University is conducting a study about stay at home parents and advertisements. She needs stay at home parents to take an online survey to answer questions about their thoughts on ads targeting stay at home parents. The survey should take about 15 minutes, and you have a chance to win one of four $25 gift cards to a retailer of your choice (Amazon.com, iTunes, Walmart, Starbucks) (approximate odds of winning 1 in 35). Click the link to take the survey! https://ttucomc.az1.qualtrics.com/SE/?SID=SV_bI9ThUfHe6CYuJn
