My last GLOSSYBOX in my 6 month subscription has finally arrived and this one was the one to end all, where they teamed up with Bergdorf Goodman to bring all sorts of beauty goodies to all subscribers of their monthly subscription service.
I will admit and believe I did last month here) that I was truly excited and couldn’t wait to see what was included in this monthly box. See many know I grew up in Queens, live on Long Island now and am a hop, skip and train ride away from NYC, where in my youth, I loved to shop until I dropped at all the designer stores.
Yes, as much as I am not rich monetarily, I have always had a taste for the finer things in life. In the past, I have shopped at Saks 5th Avenue, Herald Square Macy’s Bloomingdales, Nordstrom and even Bergdorf Goodman, too.
Having two small kids now, I don’t get into NYC nearly as much as I would like too and also readily admit the last time I went into NYC was almost 2 years ago (hanging my fashion/beauty head in shame). So, to be able to have a box delivered to me from Bergdorf Goodman, one of my shopping Holy Grails was truly exciting and anxiously awaited my box to arrive.
And arrive it did on Friday, May 30th (one day shy of the end of the month), but still I greedily opened and dug into the box. So many awesome beauty products indeed in one little box. Yes all were samples, but the brands that I received were nothing short of amazing and had I received full size would have cost over $1100!
Crazy, but still for the $21 a month this box was definitely worth it even with the sample sizes. Now stay tuned as to what I received in this GLOSSYBOX now:

WOW! That is a box full of AWESOME!! I desperately need some make up primer. It’s something I’ve been wanting to use for awhile! I’m sad you forgot to use your coupon! Darn it! Gift cards are my favorite because you can always decide what you want and get it yourself. Though sometimes it takes me a while to use them, I feel like a person doesn’t have to worry about whether or not you will like a gift or not if they get you one of those. 🙂

I’ve never shopped at Bergdorf Goodman and although have heard of it, I don’t know of ever having a location nearby. This could also be attributed to not liking shopping and never looking for it!
