I have made no secret that I love pulled meat recipes for the summer time here. See recently, I shared a slow cooker recipe for pulled chicken.
But I actually own an Instant Pot. So very often I like the option of using the pressure cooker instead of the slow cooker. Plus while I like pulled chicken, I also enjoy pulled pork.
So, honestly depends on what mood I am in. Because again, sometimes I will use the slow cooker on my instant pot. While other times I will use the pressure cooker instead. Because there are times I want to enjoy pulled meat quickly instead of having it prepare for hours on end. As is the desire for chicken over pork, too.
