Here it is summertime at its finest. And I have lost count how many times that I have heard my girls complain they are hungry for a snack. 

Therefore, it is essential that I have plenty of snack options on hand here. So on a recent Walmart shopping trip, we made sure to stock up on snacks.

My girls were so excited to get Kellogg’s® Eggo® Cinna-Toast™ Cinnamon Roll, as well as Kellogg’s® Eggo® Choco-Toast™ Chocolatey Chip. Because we always have to purchase is Kellogg’s® Eggo® as my girls literally beg us to get them Kellogg’s® Eggo® for all day eating options, including snacking.

While I was at Walmart, I also bought ingredients to make a fun, kid-friendly Chocolate Chip Cannoli Dip to enjoy our Kellogg’s® Eggo® Waffles and Toasts.

Chocolate Chip Cannoli Dip

Chocolate Chip Cannoli Dip with Cinna-Toasts Dippers

Ingredients

* 2 cups ricotta cheese
* 8 ounce package cream cheese
* 1 1/2 cups confectioners’ sugar
* 1tsp vanilla extract
* 1 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips

Directions

Cannoli Dip on Mixer Beater

  1. First beat ricotta cheese and cream cheese together in a bowl until smooth
  2. Then, add sugar and vanilla.
  3. Next, continue to stir mixture until sugar is completely incorporated.
  4. Then, fold chocolate chips through the cheese mixture.
  5. Last, Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate until chilled, at least 10 minutes.

    Ingenius! We have both flavors and we call them “tiny toasts.” Des loves me to cut them in four tiny toasts, and Scarlet prefers me to cut them like a regular waffle. Bah!

    We love Eggos at my house for a quick breakfast. These new flavors sound delicious and so does this wonderful looking dip. YUM!

    The family would go crazy for this!! I might have to make it for them one day soon. Might be great for our back to school breakfast, and since we always have Eggo’s in the house, this is perfect. Madison loves anything cinnamon.
