Are those summer schedules and vacation activities filling up all your time?

Because that’s all I have been doing as the school year is winding down here!

Field Day

Field Day Fun

Seriously, the last few weeks have been a blur with all I have had do daily as we are heading to summer vacation here from dance recitals, to the last day of soccer, Field Day and even end of the year programs for each of the girls’ school classes.  And summer vacation has barely even actually begin for us just yet!

End of the Soccer Season

All smiles at the end of this past soccer season

But still Father’s Day is just days away and I was still in the need of the perfect card for my husband from my girls.

I have always been big on buying cards for all sorts of occasions.  My husband, on the other hand, doesn’t see the purpose and yet if he has to get a card for someone or give them a card, he is big on making sure the card is at the very least funny.  In fact, he tells me often enough if I am getting him a card for his birthday or Father’s Day to make sure that it is funny.

This year for Father’s Day though, I am creating an add-your-photo E-card for my husband from my girls as I am running behind on getting him a card with all I have had on my calendar the past few weeks with it being this upcoming weekend. I know he is going to love it, because it is funny and personalized, too! He can even print it out at home and put it on the fridge at home or display it on his desk at work!

And yes, the price is right too…only $3.99 for CardFool to print it, fold it, stuff it in an envelope, put a stamp on it, and mail it for me same day!  Plus there’s free postage!!  And only 99¢ to send an Ecard!  I spent about 45 minutes just looking at all the funny cards!

What a nice idea! You spend that much for a regular, generic card these days. I bet any Dad would love getting a card with a photo of him with his children:)

Couldn’t agree more, Seana and for the same price the card is personalized, too!! 🙂

Nellie, I have to still get mine, too. So, shake my hand!! 🙂

We skip Father’s Day and Mother’s Day in our household…..I could say something corny about every day being Father’s Day for me, but it’s much too early to toss out that kind of malarkey. LOL Have a great Wednesday, Janine!

Love it Bill and thank you always. Happy Wednesday to you now, too!! 🙂

I don’t know if any of my peeps like funny cards. I normally go sentimental or sexy with my husband. Maybe if it’s funny and sexy.

I bet your dad loves the things – especially cards – that you give him. 🙂 What a fun post! I hope you all get to do fun things for Father’s Day. Dang…I’ll be out of town this weekend. I’ll have to remember to call my dad when I’m on my way back. Haha.
Sending hugs! Hope you have a good rest of your week! xo
