My family happens to love pudding cups. They also love dirt pudding. I have made dirt pudding in the past for Halloween. Plus, I have also made a modified version for summer time, too.
So, I recently decided to put a new spin on the old favorite of dirt pudding. This one indeed uses simple store made chocolate pudding cups. Therefore, I don’t even have to make pudding. I simply buy from the store and use little plastic cups, too. Plus very easy cleanup, because of this.
The hardest part is melting the orange chocolate candy wafers to cover the strawberries. But come one, who doesn’t enjoy chocolate covered strawberries? So worth the effort if you ask me! Otherwise, this dirt cups pudding recipe is so simple to make. But so very tasty and kid friendly, too!
Plus, this one is the perfect spring treat that looks like little planted cups of carrots. But all totally edible and simple chocolate heaven with the added Oreo’s chocolate addition, as well. And it sticks with the carrot and spring theme perfectly. See we have done some carrot oversharing for spring time HERE and HERE so far, too.

What a cute idea. Today we made strawberry bunnies, but Madison would enjoy making this as well. Lately I haven’t been in the mood to do anything at all, but we’ve been cooking and baking up a storm. Maybe I should start sharing. The kids would love what we do, especially since everything I do is so easy. 😉
Janine says
I hope you get to try with Madison as these are seriously so easy to indeed make 🙂
