Growing up, I always loved ice cream all year long. But especially in the summer months. My favorite ice cream flavor if asked was cookies and cream. It still, is even years later.
Plus, my older daughter when pushed will usually get cookies and cream ice cream.

I also need to share I don’t have an ice cream maker nor do I have the desire to churn my own ice cream. Therefore, this ice cream recipe needed not to require an ice cream machine or to churn.
Thankfully, I now have the perfect ice cream recipe. Trust me, both my older daughter who loves cookies and cream ice cream, as well as myself thoroughly have enjoyed this recipe.
Our recipe uses Oreo Cookies. I mean what cookies and cream ice cream recipe wouldn’t use yummy, Oreos?! Plus, we add heavy cream, vanilla, and sweetened condensed milk. This ice cream can be mixed by hand entirely. But I have also used my Kitchenaid Mixer to combine the cream and condensed milk for a quicker mix. And then stir in the Oreos to this mix.
And again the perfect Cookies and Cream Ice Cream is made once frozen. Seriously easy, quick and delicious, too! What more can cookies and cream lovers ask for??

No Churn Cookies And Cream Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 14- oz. can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups cold heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, to taste
- 1 cup Oreo cookies, broken up
Instructions
- With a mixer, beat heavy whipping cream until thick. Pour in sweetened
- condensed milk and vanilla and fold in until smooth.
- Next, pour half the ice cream into a freezer safe container. Top with half the cookies. Repeat for a second layer.
- Freeze for 5-6 hours or overnight. When it is time to serve, remove from
- freezer and let sit on the counter to soften for 5-10 minutes before

Oh wow. You had me at condensed milk. I have tried being vegan, but things like condensed milk derail me every time…hehe.
