Once again Sundays around here are made for football, finger foods, and appetizers. While my family loves to enjoy hot appetizers for football Sundays. We quite frankly also love dips that can be used with our favorite chips or bread.
See dips also often enough don’t have to be cooked. Plus, if they don’t have to be warmed up, then we don’t have to wait too long to enjoy.

One of our favorite dips is made by using chopped or diced veggies. These veggies include tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onion. We all love cucumber tomato salad here.
However, we also can’t see to get enough of avocados, especially Avocados From Mexico. See we use them to make guacamole. But I recently started adding them to our cucumber tomato salad.
But why Avocados From Mexico?
Because Avocados From Mexico are always worth it. They’re healthy, delicious, and always in season. Moreover, they are truly versatile. While once again Avocados From Mexico are a staple ingredient for guacamole, they can be most definitely be used in all sorts of yummy recipes. They truly are a winning ingredient for many recipes.
So why not in cucumber tomato salad?
Trust me this the perfect use for Avocados From Mexico. Seriously winning with this one!
Football Sundays also find my husband consuming an alcoholic beverage. While I am not a huge fan of beer, I happen to enjoy sweeter alcoholic drinks. One of my favorites is margaritas. But not going to lie, I don’t have the time nor the energy to make my own.
Thankfully I found Lime-A-Rita!
RITAS is perfect for an easy football Sunday alcoholic drink pairing with Cucumber Tomato Salad with Dice Avocados From Mexico. See RITAS are fruity, fizzy and fun.
Moreover, my husband loves spicy foods. So, while he enjoys cucumber tomato salad, he also likes a bit of a kick to his serving of this. So, he usually adds a dash of TABASCO® to his.

But why TABASCO® Brand?
TABASCO® Sauce adds more spice, flavor, and excitement to your favorite foods. TABASCO® Sauce, therefore, kicks up the flavor for him. Thus, a total win for him, as well!

Bill, I will share a little secret. I wasn’t a huge tomato fan either. I actually starting craving them when I was pregnant with my first over 10 years ago and ended realizing that I do actually like them. So go figure! Wishing you also the best Tuesday now and keep warm, as well 🙂
