One of our favorite dips is made by using chopped or diced veggies. These veggies include tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onion. We all love cucumber tomato salad here.

Cucumber Tomato Salad with Diced Avocados From Mexico
- 8 ounces of diced tomatoes
- 1 large cucumber
- 8 ounces of diced red onion
- 1 Avocados From Mexico
- TABASCO® Sauce
- Combine diced tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion and avocado in a bowl.
- Chop Cilantro.
- Drizzle the salad with extra virgin olive oil, white vinegar and lemon juice.
- Sprinkle chopped Cilantro.
