Rolling right along we are now at Day 17 of The Spectacular Summer Blog Hop with a fun and unique watermelon headband craft.
Up today, we are getting treated to fun DIY summer kid friendly tutorial from Jen at Jenerally Informed. Jen is a mom, wife, author and PR Ninja according to her blog tagline.
I can attest that she is all of this and more as I happen to adore Jen and have been following her blog for years now. I can also say hands down that her recipes and DIY Crafts are some of my favorites in the blog world.
So, it is my pleasure not only to share her DIY watermelon headband craft, but Jen a bit with my readers, who may or may not follow Jen here today.
So, let’s learn a bit more about Jen from her with some summer themed Q&A below:
Would you rather have a margarita or a pina colada?
Pina Colada.
What is your favorite flower?
If you asked my 4 year old this questions she would say that my favorite flower is any weed, um I mean pretty flower that she brings me. She is a habitual flower collector and collects “flowers” daily from bushes in parking lots, sidewalks and pretty much everywhere we are. It’s great for a lady with allergies I tell ya!
Did you love or hate school when you were a kid?
No school was fun for me as a kid, except for math. That was the bane of my existence and not much has changed as I have tried to tackle helping my children with their math homework. Third grade almost exceeds my math capabilities, but, luckily, Google is there to hold my hand every step of the way.
If you could change any of your physical attributes, what would it be?
My big hair. It truly has a personality of it’s own and it’s not me who decides what kind of a hair day it’s going to be. It’s the hair. I guess though since I am fashion lazy, I should be grateful that my hair takes charge and leaves me with very little decision making power in that arena.
