Seriously lose count how many times a day my kids could say this simple phrase to me. I mean they could have just literally finished up the last bite of breakfast only to utter this three word phrase.

And now with summer vacation almost upon me, I am pretty sure I will lose count daily how many times this may be spoken outlaid by one or both of my daughters.

That said, I am currently planning out some fun summer themed treats. However, a major consideration is that snacks and mealtime be an easy and quick to prepare as possible.

In that an end, I will be stocking up on some of their favorites to try to make fun, easy summertime recipes with.

The Easiest Chocolate Waffle Vanilla Ice Sandwiches

Ingredients

• 1 Box Kellogg's® Eggo Thick & Fluffy Double Chocolatey Waffles
• a carton of vanilla bean ice cream
• hamburger mold

Instructions

1. Place a piece of parchment paper onto a baking sheet.
2. Next, place your hamburger mold open circle upside down onto your baking pan and fill with ice cream.
3. Carefully remove the mold from the ice cream and place into the baking pan.
4. Freeze for 15 minutes.
5. Toast your Kellogg's® Eggo Thick & Fluffy Double Chocolatey Waffles and let cool slightly.
6. Place your ice cream patty in between two Eggo Waffles and enjoy!
