Fall can be hectic with all the activities my family has on our calendar. Because of this, this is the time of the year where I look to make meal times easier with quick recipes, such as chili.
Therefore, one of the ways is by using my crockpot.
Also, the other is by re-purposing leftovers from my crockpot as lunch meals.
Thus, storing leftovers has never been easier by the way.
But how you may ask?
By using Reynolds™ Disposable Heat & Eat Containers! to hold my leftovers.
First, I store my leftovers. Then, I re-heat my leftovers in them. Plus, I can even eat them right out of the container. Finally, I can dispose of the container, if need be afterwards. So, I can easily enjoy a better lunch the next day with no clean up after. Also, this makes my routine that much easier by using these containers for dinner leftovers.
By the way, you can find these awesome, new Reynolds™ Disposable Heat & Eat Containers at your local Walmart store in the food storage aisle. Plus, you can even save $1.00 on one pack of Reynolds™ Disposable Heat & Eat containers now, as well.
Want an easy crockpot recipe that can be eaten for dinner, as well as stored in Reynolds™ Disposable Heat & Eat Containers! to re-heat at lunchtime?

I’ve not yet made chili in the slow cooker, but I definitely love to have it simmering on the stove for hours. I’ll need to try this some day, as anytime something is cooking in the house for hours excites me with its aroma! 🙂
Janine says
Me too with the aroma and I cannot tell you enough how this recipe seems to fill my home with that sweet, but hearty tasting smell of chili. Hope you can try soon now, Kendall!! 🙂

I love chili… it is easy to make and keeps so well. I used to send it in a large thermos with my daughter for lunch. Disposable & heatable containers are a good idea, especially if you work in an office and don’t want to have to figure out what dishes to use to heat your lunch!
Janine says
I am with you on loving chili, too and honestly loving the fact that we can use heat and disposable containers to take on the go, too with this 🙂

I’ve never done a crockpot chili before and I have to give yours a try. BTW your shopping cart looks a lot like mine, the kids ALWAYS stock up on those water. The pineapple coconut is my fave while Madison just loves the Strawberry.
Janine says
I am so with you on the pineapple coconut, as they are my favorite. Lily is more like Madison though and if not strawberry, she is a wild cherry girl LOL!! 🙂
