Whether you have a little time and you want to see all four Walt Disney World theme parks, or you have a lot of time and are just up to the challenge, there are different approaches you can take. Doing four Disney Parks in one day is not something to take lightly. Disney World is a sprawling place, and there is time lost in each journey. Not to mention some of these are multi-day parks. At none of these would you be able to do everything, even if you had a full day. However, this can be a really fun challenge; and a nice overview of each of the Walt Disney World theme parks. So, here is the plan for hopping to all four parks in one day.

How to Do Four Walt Disney World Parks in One Day
The Magic Kingdom
If you are going to do four parks in one day the best place to start is the Magic Kingdom. It opens the earliest and it’s a really good idea to try to get in before opening. You can do that with Extra Magic Hours or Early Morning Magic when they are available, or you can have a breakfast reservation at Crystal Palace. Enjoy the morning until the crowds start building around 10:30 and leave the park.
Epcot
Take the monorail to the Ticket and Transportation Center. Then transfer to the Epcot monorail. By the time you get to Epcot, the morning rush will have arrived. This is a chance to use being behind schedule to your advantage. World Showcase opens at 11:00 which will free up space in Future World. Also, security is pretty easy to get through at this time of day.
Hollywood Studios
You won’t be able to do a lot of the things each park has to offer when you visit four parks in one day. So, it is good to have a goal in mind that if you reach, you will be happy. A reasonable expectation is two attractions for each hop. When you are satisfied with Future World, after a couple of hours, head back to World Showcase and exit the park to head toward Hollywood Studios. If you can handle the 20-minute walk, it’s better than waiting for the boat to arrive, however, when the Skyliner is finally an option, you should take that.
World Showcase
About 5:00 is a good time to leave Hollywood Studios and go back into World Showcase through the International Gateway, and make your way counterclockwise around the lagoon. This will be a fast trip through all the pavilions, or a slow on with only a couple, but this is also a really good place to be when dinner time comes, because of all the quick service options. Don’t take too long, because you still have to go to the Animal Kingdom.
Animal Kingdom
For your last leg, take a Minnie Van or an Uber to the Animal Kingdom and stay there until closing, which is usually at 8:00.
That’s a long day; but if you are up for an encore, Magic Kingdom may still be open and you might be able to catch the fireworks if you get back quickly.
SO, ARE YOU CONTEMPLATING A WALT DISNEY WORLD TRIP WITH HITTING ALL FOUR PARKS IN ONE DAY?
So, you can do all four parks on your own or you could have a VIP Tour scheduled for you.Β
Book a stay on property, as well.
Plus, even when getting in all four parks in one day, you will want to stay at least overnight the day before on property, as well as the night that you have spent all day in four parks. Why? Because you want to be given all the perks of a guest staying on property, such FastPass selections 60 days out and so much more.

I think this would be fun to do just once to say we did it! The most I’ve done is 2 parks in a day!
Janine says
Aw, definitely hope you can give the 4 parks in one day a try and if you do need any help or advice, please feel free to ask me or even reach out to EZ Dis, as well Dara π

I am so out of the Disney loop, I had no idea there were four parks in Disney World. lol Seriously, I didn’t, and I’ve heard about it forever. What a dork I am. lol
I’m glad you had a good time on your business trip. Welcome back and Happy Thursday to you.
Janine says
Aw, Bill that is what I am here for and always happy to help with anything Disney World related as I seriously just love talking Disney! Happy Thursday now, my friend π

Janine,
WOW! We have been to Disney about 25 times and have never tried more than two parks in one day. I can see if you want to hit only your favorites how it might be very smart to go to four parks in one day. Over the years, we typically spend at least a week a Disney. We visit our favorite things or new exhibits in each park first. Then, we slowly stroll around the park for the rest of the day.
If you are only staying a few days or have not been to Disney in a while, I think your plan sounds great!
I totally agree with being very early to the park. A lot of people come late so they can stay late for the fireworks, etc. It is always a little less crowded early in the morning especially if the park opens up early. We definitely recommend taking advantage of Magic hours. Make sure you book fast passes early and scheduling meals on the first day it opens online. This use to be so important during busy times of the year but Disney has become busy even in their offseason. The past few years we have been going to Disney in January or February. We always schedule a different week in this “SLOW SEASON” but it is busy.
Love reading your Disney posts!
Blessings,
Diane Roark

Aw, thanks, Diane. You are the second person here to tell me you haven’t done more than 2 of the parks in one day. Before this experience, I actually did three in one day. But that is because I went to return something I bought very early in the morning at one. Went to another for some Fastpasses and the next to end with Fireworks. But doing 4 parks in one day is seriously a lot of fun and again if done I highly recommend a VIP tour. It can be a bit pricy, but if you have a larger group and divide the cost amongst the group it really can be a doable and attainable experience. And again always happy to share with you all about Disney here, as well π

I’ve only ever done two in one day! And it definitely required those early morning magic hours and a few uses of the awesome Minnie Van. Our driver’s name was Walt! How funny is that?
This is something we’d love to do. I love a good adventure and challenge. And we’ll all sleep like rocks that night!
Janine says
OK, that is so cool that the driver’s name was Walt!! And I know you are totally up for the challenge and seriously think you need to try this out soon now π
Jen says
You are my hero! The Minnie UBER is the cutest. Do they sell those for people to drive? I want one! I also think we have visited 2 parks in one day, but then went back to those same 2 the next 3 days π
It looks like you had a blast! Glad to have you back though π
Janine says
Aw, thank you, Jen. The Minnie Van is not for you to drive, but they drive you themselves in it. And glad to be back π

Whew! That sounds like a BUSY day. lol. But I guess I never thought about Disney being FOUR parks in one. Wow. I always just thought about Magic Kingdom and Epcot. Didn’t know about Hollywood Studios (yeah…heh heh, I was thinking that was in California) and the Animal Kingdom. Hmm…When I visited there when I was 10, we just went to the Magic Kingdom and Sea World and…visited my brother. I have no recollection about Animal Kingdom, so you gave me some good food for thought. π
I hope you have a wonderful week, sweet friend! I’m taking a short hiatus because this week is really crazy at school and I’m leaving for the beach at the end of the week. π Sending hugs!
Janine says
Aw, so many hugs and hoping your week at the beach is as amazing as you are. As for Disney, this experience was always bucket list for me and still can’t believe I got to do this. π
Dana says
This sounds exhausting! We usually do two parks a day, but four is definitely a challenge. I may start at Animal Kingdom and end at Magic Kingdom if it’s a night that it’s open late…but I’d need to sleep in the next morning!
Janine says
Dana, I thought I wouldn’t be able to for the longest time. But omg I not only did it but was up early for breakfast and flew out later that afternoon to return home. Still kind of in shock, but I did it π
