Girls Just Want to Have Fun with Snap’t (w/Giveaway)

*I received a free Snap’t collection to facilitate my review, but all opinions here are my own.

While driving in the car recently with my girls, the 1980s classic song, “Girls Just Wanna Have Fun”, by Cyndi Lauper came on.  I found myself singing along, because how could I not.  And in the middle I heard my girls belting it out with me.

It was absolutely fun to share my love of this awesome one-time hit of my youth with my own kids.

But to be honest, that isn’t all I share with my girls.  Many who read and follow my blog know that I love experimenting with jewelry and accessories and find it to be so much fun.

Well, it would stand to reason that my girls also are always looking for new jewelry accessories to try, as well and also find it so much fun to play with them, too.

So, that is what I was so happy to be turned onto Snap’t for my girls, which is a fun jewelry line for kids to experiment and create with to elicit smiles all around.

Snap’t was founded by sisters, Tara Katz and Erica Harrison, not unlike my own two girls, who as kids created whatever they wanted to even if they couldn’t find it.  So when these two girls grew up and were having a hard time finding great-looking, high-quality products that helped their young daughters express themselves, they knew they only had one choice, which was to create a company that let girls everywhere express their inner awesomeness.

How does Snap’t work?

Snap’t is a line of accessories for teens and tweens that is built simply upon a simple snap system. By utilizing the snap system, this allows kids to arrange pieces any way they want.

What does Snap’t line include?

  1. Base Pieces – The first and most essential piece.  These include necklaces, headbands, bracelets, and zipper pulls.
  2. Fun Layering Pieces – These are fun layering pieces to attach to the bases, which are either feathers or tassels.
  3. Cool Snaps – Once you have picked out your base and fun layering pieces, then you can top it all off with a cool snap.

Girls Just Want to Have Fun with Snapt

Once kids have their own snap’t, they are encouraged to style their snaps, collect their snaps, trade their snaps and take their snaps everywhere they go.  

Pretty much anything goes and girls can most definitely have so much fun experimenting with Snap’t jewelry.

    My daughter would love these!!!! Since she wears a lot of headbands that’s what my eye went too. I love the idea that she could change them up depending on what outfit she is wearing. Such a cute product, thanks for the 411!

    I WANT THIS STUFF SOOOO BAD!!!! Now, when I entered your giveaway, I couldn’t open their Pinterest url! 🙁 I don’t know if anyone else had trouble with it? I want to follow them, so maybe I’ll go try to find them again.

    I love their zipper pulls!! Cassidy has all kinds of stuff hanging from her swim backpack, and all her friends do too! These would be PERFECT for her AND I could get them for her friends when I have her surprise 13th b day party! Shhh… it’s on the 20th!
