So, as a blogger, writer and designer, I have social networks accounts across a few different channels, including Instagram.
I also try my best to network through my blog and my social networks as much as possible.
Towards the end of last year, I got to know another blogger through our mutual blogging community.
We began by commenting and following each other’s blog. As a side note, I even got to help her update her logo for her blog in recent weeks.
In passing, she mentioned that she was starting a challenge on Instagram for the upcoming year. This challenge was to be a weekly one. The theme of the challenge was “Grateful”.
She asked if I would be interested in hosting. I jumped at the chance, because I loved the idea of sharing “Grateful” and positive messages on Instagram with my followers, as well as the other bloggers who she pulled together to host.
You can follow myself and the other #Grateful52 hosts here on Instagram below:
How does the #Grateful52 Instagram Challenge work?
The concept is that once a week on Thursdays at 11:30am, we would post a unique “Grateful” themed question for the weekly challenge. We would then supply our answer, as well as ask for others to respond.
We’ve had a blast so far.
See, it has already been a fun few weeks with 4 weeks gone by already for January.
We are now in week 5 for the first week of February.
Plus, we even have started a #Grateful52 photo community who we love to feature 1 or 2 IG’ers every week!
How can you join the #Grate52 Instagram Challenge?
All you have to do is tag your photo with our hashtag – #Grateful52.
This week’s theme is “Love of Someone Past”.
If you’d like to join, check out my Instagram at 11:30am, when I will post my question and answer for today.
But here and now for my blog readers is a special early posting of my question for this week (which is a two parter!)…
“When did you first experience your first heartbreak and how did it make you stronger?”
Won’t you answer this question and come join us at the #Grate52 Instagram Challenge this week?
