And just how we started almost 3 months ago, we now are ending this summer themed hop. With summer coming to a close, it was inevitable. But we sure did have a lot of fun around these parts.
My girls will be heading back to school in a few short days on Wednesday, September 6th.
But just because summer is almost over doesn’t mean, we can’t have it go out without a bang.
So today, as this summer themed blog hop comes to a conclusion, we are ending on a fall, Halloween note.
That’s right, the Spectacular Summer Blog Hop host, Leslie from Playdates to Parties, who organized this warm weather themed hop finishes us off. Today she has came up with an amazingly yummy Halloween themed treat with a DIY printable you won’t want to miss out on.
But how did I get to know Leslie?
Well, Leslie and I first got to know each other a few years back when I helped transfer her Blogger blog to WordPress, as well as assist in the design of her crafty projects themed blog working through my sister site J9 Designs.
It was my absolute pleasure to help her with that venture, as well as follow her blog ever since.
Leslie shared a few fun facts with me today.
Would you rather have a margarita or a pina colada?
Margarita on the rocks with salt, please.
What is your favorite song right now?
I don’t have a single favorite song right now. But, as the weather heats up, I enjoy more old school beach music, classic rock, and Jimmy Buffet (That said, I still refuse to listen to most kids’ music on constant repeat)
What is your favorite flower?
It’s a three-way tie! Light pink peonies, light pink roses, and all hydrangeas.
What is your favorite summer memory?
This is such a hard question! I have many fond memories, from going to the beach with my cousins in Hilton Head, to chasing fireflies on Independence Day with the neighborhood kids at Richmond’s Dogwood Dell.
As for today, Leslie is sharing with us Halloween Monster Munch Recipe plus her DIY printable goody bag topper for the Best Halloween Ever.
This Halloween Monster Munch and DIY Printable Bag Topper are absolutely perfect for the Fall and Halloween time. This includes popcorn, gummy treats and so much for all to enjoy!
So, head over now to Leslie’s Blog today to get the recipe and printable for FREE now.
