Halloween is most definitely on its way. The countdown is on. We have a little over three weeks left until Halloween.
So, right now I am gearing up and getting ready for the big day. I love trying out new recipes for the holidays. I am usually all about the desserts. But I also can’t help but look for dinner and appetizer recipes for the appropriate holiday.

For instance at Halloween time, dessert-wise, I can’t help but love to make Witch Brooms, Lollipops Ghosts, Monster Donuts, Witch Hat Cupcakes and so much more.
But for dinner, I will always defer to Mummy Hot Dogs.
Still, I lacked a fun, but healthier appetizer recipe for Halloween. Enter Mummy Celery Sticks.
That’s right; I use celery sticks to make the perfect mummies.
I also use shredded mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, and edible eyeballs!
Don’t believe me? Then, check out the Mummy Celery Stick Recipe below.

You had me at cream cheese, lol. I have a serious weakness for the stuff. And I don’t know how you come up with all these amazing, creative recipes, but I’m always blown away at your creativity! You are awesome! I hope you have a wonderful Monday and I’m looking forward to seeing more of your creativity in the coming weeks with Halloween. Hehe.

Cyndi, I know this version between the cream cheese and the shredded cheese I am just done for as I love both. And thank you always for your kind words and support always! Hugs and Happy Monday once again now 🙂

Very smart Halloween snack. Most of the spooky recipes are for sweets, and with all of the candy around, I always wanted more savory options. My girls would have loved this, and also gobbled it down!
