Are you a greeting card addict? Those that know me know that in my hay day, I loved giving cards to all in my family for any and all holidays. Before I had kids, I would spend hours in my local Hallmark picking out just the right card for that special someone in my life for that equally special occasion.
But then I had kids and as most know I am lucky if I get a free minute for anything let alone hours to go shopping to pick out greeting cards. But I would still like to send greeting cards to my family and friends for those memorable moments.
How could I do this and not spend hours shopping in a store with two little kids (which would be an absolute nightmare at best)? But also have something tangible and not impersonal like texts, video chats, or even using social media.
Ink CardsThe answer is actually right on my iPad with Ink Cards, which is a totally free app to download that allows people (not unlike myself) to customize and mail unique cards from your iPhone, Android or tablet without a trip to the cluttered greeting card aisle–or even to the Post Office to have to mail out these cards. So, this Valentine’s Day forget texts and let’s get physical again with Ink Cards.
Yes with Ink Cards, you can personalize your card creations by adding your own photos, special notes, and other personal touches with just a few simple clicks, and then just like that a few short days later your totally custom card arrives in the recipient’s mailbox!
With Valentine’s Day right around the corner, Ink has over 30 Valentine’s Day designs ranging from traditional and elegant “Love Cards” to couple centric “Be Mine Cards” to “Lets Share A Cup of Bitterness” anti-Valentine’s day cards. Ink Cards has the perfect card for any stage of a romantic relationship.
Among these unique designs is their new stand up interactive cards. Consumers can use these designs to turn their photo cards into stand up frames that will look great on any desk or table, perfect for budding relationships, long distance romances, and 20th anniversaries.
Here is the Ink Card I created for Kevin for Valentine’s Day!!So, you guessed it, I decided to try this app out and can tell you from first had experience, it really as easy as a few simple clicks. I made a card for my husband, Kevin, who is my special Valentine (even if he is my scooch!!). I was able to create this card right from my iPad using my photos from my Photo Stream, write my own personalize message and have it sent to our home, as well. It took me under 5 minutes to create a beautiful stand-up interactive card for him. It was truly that simple and that easy.
Each uniquely customized card with postage included costs $1.99 each, which is quite a bit cheaper than the cost of a card from Hallmark plus postage. However, Ink is offering a unique promo code for all my readers to receive 10 Free Ink Cards for their Valentine(s)! The code is: https://sincerely.com/promo/valentines.
So, you can send 10 cards to whoever you want and they will cost you nothing and are absolutely free. This is my Valentine’s Gift to all of you from myself and Sincerly.com (Ink Cards), too!!

I love cards. I used to send them all the time and then I just got out of the habit. My husband and I still try to regularly get cards for each other for special occasions. But what a great concept!
Janine Huldie says
Stacy, I am really glad to hear that again it isn't just me with a love for cards and if you are like me I think you will love this, because not only was it easy, it was fun too to use to create. Plus, Kevin was pretty happy when I gave it to him and it is still on his night table for him to see when he wakes every morning π

I am a bit lazy when it comes to cards. They were never really a big deal in my family growing up because we didn't celebrate holidays or birthdays. Now that I am older I try to incorporate them more. I was so proud I got Valentine's Day cards this year for everyone.
I wanted to pat myself on the back for that one…Hopefully I can keep it up π

Cards. Wow. It would be a miracle if I EVER actually got around to sending one. Ecards might be a little different. People just know not to expect cards from me, lol. I'm a terrible correspondent that way. But this greeting card stuff you shared looks fun! π

Yay, I am back up and running (hope you are too). I love this program, because even those who wouldn't necessarily do regular cards can do this from the ease of their home and computer. Hope you do try Cyndi π
