October Daily~
From not posting on Sunday, I have been a day behind this week, but am consolidating two topics, because I have shared plenty of blogging tips or tutorials on J9 Designs. So, I thought, I would share a list of my tutorial articles from J9 Designs here today to share with all and then move on to topic #9 with songs that elevate one’s mood.

Day 9: What are 5 songs that elevate your mood?~
I love music and listen to it constantly, especially when I am writing, because it truly puts me in the mood to put thoughts down into words. When I saw this prompt, I thought how I am going to list just five songs, because I have way too many in my iTunes alone and would take me days to sift through and pick 5!
Then, I decided to view them in the order of the most listened to and pick the top five from the fist twenty I seem to listen to the most often.
So, below you will find the top 5 that I have listened to in recents times in my iTunes that puts me in the mood to write and pump out blogs articles just for your reading pleasure.
And I admit i you follow my blog number one was a no brainer and still love this song and just can’t get enough of it (yes Tamara and Lanaya, still addicted~need to find more funny videos on YouTube hint, hint!!)

Those are some good song choices. I used to have the stereo on all of the time, then I took a bazillion years transferring the CDs to iPod and now I barely play it (too much hassle to find a song and I don't want the same play list over and over again). I need an iPod jukebox (digital) so I can touch screen it. I'm sure there's one out there somewhere. 🙂
Have a great Wednesday!

I totally transferred over so many songs from my CDs into my iTunes and now I have also bought quite few from iTunes. I just can't help, but listen to music when I work and really does help keep me in the zone!! 🙂

LOL – we did She's So Mean in spin class not too long ago, so now I think of a crappy work out when I hear that one 🙂
Janine Huldie says
Lol, that is too funny Robin and I just can't get enough of it though!! 🙂

Blurred lines is an instant mood lifter for me. I can't help but want to dance every time I hear it. My go to mood lifter song is Beyonce's Crazy in Love.

Ashley, I first heard it at my 6 month Gynecologist checkup and then about 3 times after it in one days months back. I just couldn't resist downloading the album then and have not been sorry. Just a great song!! 🙂
Mandy says
I picked "Just Give Me A Reason" for this challenge too! Such a good song! 🙂
I hadn't heard the song by Train before. It's so exciting getting to hear new music through this challenge! 🙂
Janine Huldie says
I know it really is a great song and I am heading to check out a few posts now to see what others chose, because I agree so much fun to see!! 🙂
Anna Czarina says

I totally agree and thank you so much Anna!! 🙂

LOL…I have not heard of any of those songs. I think my age is showing. Too, too funny!
Have a great Wednesday my enterprising friend.
Janine Huldie says
Bill, Kevin is always teasing me not to listen to artists younger then me, but sometimes I guess I can't help it, but I do love my classics, too. Someone mentioned Here Comes the Sun byt The Beatles and that is truly one of my all time favorites. Another is Under My Thumb by The Stones and I literally just pulled the first top 5 that I have been listening to, but I do listen to other types, too that I think you would totally know and probably love, too!! And thank you as always my friend and Happy Wednesday now 🙂

Ok, I'm on it! I've let it sit for a few weeks with the knowledge that people have probably made many more Blurred Lines parodies since then! I love the power of music to cheer us up.
Janine Huldie says
I know you have, but totally have my permission to do some more searching. I need a Blurred Lines pick me up and stat from my bestie!!! Love you though and thank you for just being you!! 🙂

You picked such good songs! Maybe I need to make a whole cheering up playlist!
Janine Huldie says
Thank you, but so did you and love that we can share a few different ones with each other!! 🙂

Great songs! I like the upbeat song "Blurred Lines" too – it was really the song of the summer, I think! I like listening to music during my day too 🙂

Yay and totally my pleasure. My brother actually got me into Train. He and his co-worker loved them. When I heard them from him, I knew I couldn't resist. And you got me on Blurred Lines, still one of my all-time favorites!! 🙂

Thanks for all the links for your J9Design blog…I have to check out the newer posts…I am so behind in all things music….now if you listed books….yes I'm such a geek.
Janine Huldie says
Seriously not a geek and with all the blog reading I do daily and now that Fall TV started back up again, my book reading hasn't been what I had wanted it to be. I am reading one book right now, but slower then I would have liked. Just not enough hours in the day, I suppose!!
Kristi Campbell says
Thanks for the links to your excellent tutorials and your music choices rocked! 🙂
Janine Huldie says
My pleasure and thank you as always, Krisit!! 🙂

I just had to listen to all of those songs and the girls seemed to enjoy them too lol! You got me hooked on that Blurred Lines song. You are rocking your blog these days by keeping up with the October Daily posts. I totally wanted to play along too, but just can't find the time to devote to even regular blog posts and other things that go along with blogging these days. Not to mention Sofia and the baby both have allergies bad right now. It frustrates me because I'm so behind. Listening to your song choices cheered me up a bit 🙂 Thanks mama! I miss you!! xoxo

Kera, this was definitely the bit of inspiration I needed and now can't stop wanting to write and write. But I do know my limitations, too. I don't have infants anymore and yes they can entertain themselves while I work for the most part, but we still have our moments. And seriously so happy I converted you to Blurred Lines, too, because I got Lanaya and Tamara who are just as addicted to it as me and wouldn't have it any other way with you, too!! 🙂 xoxo!!
