Shout! Shout! Knock Yourself Out!!  

As a kid, my dad was a huge fan of Do Woop from the 1960s from growing up listening to that type of music.  I heard so many different songs from this time, because of him.  One of them was titled the first line by a singer known as Ernie Maresca.  I was a kid and this title really only made me want to dance.

But many years later that was not the first thought when I heard it again.  And now even though I am not  a kid and now indeed a parent, who should be composed and not lose my cool, honestly that is so not the case.  And that first line is exactly how I really would love to react and yes I have a few times over the last few years being the mother to two little girls only 16 months apart.

Let’s face it even in the best of moments kids can try the patience out of even a saint.  Granted, I am not a saint, not close, even by a long shot, just a stay at home mom who has had her fair share of crazy moments to last a lifetime.

Well, as luck would have it, I was approached by a good writer friend of mine about contributing to a new book to be released this fall all about mommy meltdowns and I was truly intrigued.

The more I heard about it, the more I knew I needed to be a part of this and had at least one story to share of my own mommy meltdowns.

So, I thought it was high time that I shared that I will indeed be featured alongside 29 other fabulous bloggers sharing about our less then perfect mommy meltdown moments in a new tell-all book, named The Mother of All Meltdowns.

If you are a mom, grandmother or even a caretaker, trust me you do not want to miss this one and think you will feel right at home with our guilty confessions.

    Just finished reading the book and posted my review! I loved it, so many heartfelt and hilarious stories. And my hat's off to you ladies who had the guts to put your real stories out there. I'm not that brave. Or maybe the meltdowns I had in my head looked like something from the Exorcist and I don't want to scar anyone for life. Yeah, that's it.
