Finally, my girls and I saw the.new Disney Frozen 2 movie. What can I say, but being away in Disney World when it first premiered we were a bit delayed. But you knew we would eventually see it. And eventually, see it; we did.

Olaf the Snowman Still Tops For Us!!

First of all, Olaf was always a favorite of ours since the original Frozen. One of my girls’ favorite songs from that original movie was and still is In Summer sung by none other than Olaf the Snowman.

So, of course, we couldn’t wait to see what Olaf was up to in this movie. If you haven’t seen it, I couldn’t recommend the movie more if I tried. Plus, Olaf is back in all his glory. Not to give anything away, but one of our favorite scenes in this latest installment is with Olaf. He is calling upon all the people and more that he knows. When he calls upon Samantha. Yet, he quickly realizes he doesn’t know anyone named Samantha. My girls cannot resist quoting Olaf with this line at least once a day now. They truly got such a kick out of Olaf’s misstep here.

So, in honor of Olaf and our favorite snowman returning this year for more adventures in Frozen 2, I couldn’t resist making a new cupcake.

That’s right, I wanted to celebrate the new movie, the holidays and winter, too. So, whar came about are the cutest snowman cupcakes this side of town. Olaf the snowman would be proud of my creation (at least I like to think so).

That said, these cupcakes are easy enough to make. I start with pre-made vanilla cupcakes. Any boxed cupcakes would do or even store-bought. Then, I use Wilton 1M Open Star Piping Tip to ice my snowman cupcakes. From there, I decorate these adorable snowman cupcakes with chocolate chips, candy corn and shaved sprinkles, too.

My snowman cupcakes are so yummy and again just too cute, too!
