Confession time once again here for me.
See here is the thing I am not a huge cupcakes person. I know I may be a bit strange for confessing that. But still as much as I love making them I usually will defer to others to mostly consume them. See unlike my admitted cookie obsession, I could truly take or leave most cupcakes.
Don’t get me wrong, I still have a massive sweet tooth. So there are a few cupcakes which I do happen readily enjoy myself when I make and serve here.

One such cupcake treat that I can’t get enough of is Strawberry Cheesecake Cupcakes. See between the chocolate cupcake cake base, the cheesecake frosting and the strawberry on top, I am sold! I mean cheesecake is a most definite weakness here. Plus, strawberries are seriously one of my favorite fruits. I can literally feats on strawberries for a snack all on their own.
I even make my cupcakes more chocolatey by adding cocoa powder to my cupcake batter. And my frosting is a slice of cheesecake heaven, but still fluffy and airy enough, too by using just the right amount of powdered sugar.
So these cupcakes are sinful, but delightful.

That’s why we’re twins. I’m not a cupcakes person at all! I don’t really care much for waffles or cupcakes. People think I’m nuts. I love cookies, pancakes and ice cream.
That said, you’re right. These look special.
