TeamSnap for the Organizational Win

*I reviewed TeamSnap for compensation. But I happily tested it out to help with our kids’ team organizational needs.

Recently, I shared how hectic our family’s extracurricular calendar had been. At this point, our organizational skills were being tested daily.

With many and varied activities that our girls are involved during the school year, such as soccer, dance, Girl Scouts and more, we use many ways to keep track of all this.

Still, I was on the lookout for a better way to keep tabs on as much of this as possible for organizational purposes.

Then my older daughter’s Girl Scout troop introduced me to TeamSnap.

But what is TeamSnap?

TeamSnap is every coach’s and parent’s dream, because it is easy-to-use. Plus, its an indispensable tool for organizing and communicating every aspect of team life.

TeamSnap for the Organizational Win

Speaking of teams, my husband has been our older daughter’s coach for the last few years. He honestly does a great job conveying all the pertinent information for his team. He really is very diligent in his organizational prowess. But I thought that TeamSnap could still help him out for his soccer team this upcoming school year.

Soccer seems to rule for her favorite things this year...

Still how does TeamSnap work?

Well for a team such as my husband’s, first and foremost, he’d have to sign up for an account. As luck would have it, I already had an account from my daughter’s Girl Scout troop.

But if you don’t, you can sign up to try out TeamSnap for a four month FREE trial.  This FREE trial allows all to explore the platform’s range of options to get a better feel for all of its capabilities. Plus this FREE trial is worth $72 with no credit card necessary at signup! The TeamSnap is available both on iOS and Android.

TeamSnap App Menu Screen for Organizational Team Help

I signed up for TeamSnap, now what?

For someone such as my husband, the first thing they would notice is a menu screen. This screen helps with all team organizational needs, such as adding team member to your roster, schedule a new game/event, send emails, alerts or posts, add photos from events, upload files, track payments and more.

But how does this help even those who have awesome organizational skills already?

While my own husband is an organizational genius on his own. Seriously, I bow to his skills on this. I still felt this could help him out with all his upcoming coaching duties for the next school year. See as detailed above even the most organized person (like my husband) could use this. Why? Well, having all the organization options in one place is truly clever and honestly such a godsend for even the most organized individual.

Still why share this when it is Summer Vacation?

Well, some teams play in the summer time. While our soccer team doesn’t and is only fall and spring seasons, it never hurts to get a jump start for the future seasons if you are a coach or head a club. Again, the most organizational person (such as my husband) would tell you this.

Do you coach or run a team for your kid?

So, why not check out TeamSnap now for FREE?
