Every time we are in Disney World, we always have to ride the Little Mermaid ride at least once. I leave that ride clearly humming and sometimes downright singing the theme song, Under the Sea more often than not!
Plus, I have lost count how many time my girls have met Ariel in her grotto. I mean we go way back with Ariel!
That said, Ariel is one of the girls favorite princesses. Mine, as well!
Also, one of my girls’ favorite desserts that I recently made is marshmallow pops. Plus, I love making them because they are easy enough to make. In the past, I made these marshmallow pops and shared the recipe tutorial on the blog HERE.
So, I decided to make more marshmallow pops. This time out, I added a Disney theme to my marshmallow pops. And what better Disney themed marshmallow pops than with The Little Mermaid.
Wait until you see just how easy, colorful and perfectly Disney/Little Mermaid themed these marshmallow pops are.
Once again, these are made of large marshmallows. But they are served on a stick. They are coated with light blue chocolate for a watercolor effect. Plus, they are decorated with candy fish and Nerds, too! I mean, who doesn’t love Nerds. They still are one of my all-time favorite sugar candies. Moreover, my kids love them also!
These Under the Sea Marshmallow Pops, seriously look like you are underwater and swimming with The Little Mermaid. But, oh my, they are also a sweet treat delight.

This is going to sound weird, but I’ve never understood the appeal of marshmallows. They seem tasteless to me…but put candy on them…genius!!!!!
