Ways to Allergy-Proof Every Room in Your House With Printables

Filed Under: BLOG, printable Tagged With: Allergy Tips, Home Tips

While spending time with the kids in the backyard can be a great way to get some vitamin D, it can also aggravate allergies. But a lot of people are surprised to learn that allergens are common indoors as well.

Not only are stuffy noses and itchy eyes a nuisance-they can also escalate into more serious symptoms that require medical treatment. So when it comes to preventing your family’s allergies, a little extra cleaning effort is well worth it.

We can all agree that a clean home is a happy home — but when it comes to allergies, you may want to consider targeting your cleaning efforts to those areas that are particularly prone to allergen buildup. Dust mites, mold, and pet dander are just a few allergens that are common in nooks and crannies.

If you think you’re going to have a hard time getting the kids motivated to help you allergy-proof your home, think again. These printable games make cleaning anything but a chore. Try them out and see how much better your family feels in a clean, allergy-free space!
