Memorial Day Confessions Wrap-Up with Deals Including Stella Dot Sale

Back at Saturday again folks.  Seems like I blinked on Monday and somehow here we are!  Great week behind us, but now it is time for another weekend.

Last weekend, it was a bit of a rainout.  Saturday actually started out at 70 degrees, warm and sunny.  I actually let it slip that it was a beautiful day at 9 am.  Well, just like clockwork once I said it the weather changed within an hour and by midday, it was overcast, breezy and the temperature fell to about 10 degrees.  By 6 pm, it was rainy and downright nasty.  And guess what?  This lasted into Sunday and it actually rained all day, too.

But finally the weather did improve and by Tuesday, we experienced our first very 80 degree day of 2013 here in NY.

Now, I am so just hoping that this weekend, which just so happens to be Memorial Day Weekend will be just as nice with 80 degree temperatures.  Hey, a girl can dream!!

That is right, we finally made it to the unofficial start of summer with Memorial Day Weekend kicking it off and for all you fans of wearing white, it is finally permitted and allowed!!

However, I cannot start celebrating until dance class is over for both my girls this weekend.  See, because of the hurricane back at the end of last year and the blizzard this past winter, we have dance class to make up for those missed classes.

However, Emma has been battling a fever again this past week, so we will see if she will be up to going to dance class.  Seriously need my kids to be well for a longer stretch and say some prayers for me on this.

By the way, their recital is June 9th, so for the next few weeks they will also be practicing at their Saturday morning sessions to gear up for it.
