Saturday is indeed upon us again. This has been a crazy and busy week. Definitely one I would not like to repeat anytime soon.
It actually started late last week with Emma waking in the middle of the night being sick. From that point on thru this past week, we have been dealing with the aftermath of her illness. Seriously, I hate when my kids are sick and this time was no exception to the rule for more reasons then one.
Also, tomorrow is St. Patrick’s Day and for a few cute ideas from me on what I will be doing with my family for this day, click here.
But I will not bore you with the details of all this again and will now get on with it. I want share that the week in review for my little blog. And in case you missed any of the action, here is your chance to catch up now!!
On Sunday, I gave the reader a chance to get into the inner working of a 3 year old about birthday parties and gifts, too. If you are curious about what this crazy conversation included (hint it includes a mention of Chuck E Cheese) and want to understand the mind of a child on this topic, click here.
On Monday, I shared with how truly insane I was when registering for my baby shower by being one of the newest hosts on The Mommy Blog Hoppers, as well as a poll concerning the most useless baby items. Read the original post and cast your votes, here.
On Tuesday, I offered a glimpse into my trouble spots with my own body image from the time I was younger until present times, click here for more on this. Also on this day, the princesses were definitely in full effect for the sponsored post that included an awesome discount for you, too. For more about the princesses and these costumes, click here.
On Wednesday, I decided I would love to share pictures of a St. Patrick’s Days Past of my girls all dressed for the occasion for another successful Flashback Wednesday. To see them all decked in their finest, go here.
On Thursday, I wrote about Emma’s recent bout with RSV and all we went through to get her well again. I will say it is definitely not fun for anyone when kids are sick and this was no exception to the rule, plus we had a bit of wrong assumptions be made at the local urgent care here.
On Friday, yet another Finish the Sentence Friday linkup went live with the sentence to finish being, “I did something really stupid once, I…”. To linkup if you haven’t or just to find out what disasters befell me (hint roller skates, back labor and sciatica are showcased), as well as others, click here.
And now that another Saturday is indeed upon us, I hope you too have a wonderful, fun weekend. I know that is a loaded sentence and sentiment if you are a mom. My weekend as I said is filled with craziness in the form of my two girls and Kevin, too.
Also, coming up this week are another awesome giveaway (hint think dressing up and possible date night) as well more Flashback Wednesday action and keep in mind that Finish the Sentence Friday will be happening again and as always going live this Thursday night at 10 pm EST!!
